Riding stables are in the area catering to all levels.

Watersports
Sailing and windsurfing are available at Mielan lake. Marciac Lake offers motorised sports including water skiing. Fishing (with permit) is also possible in the local area. Lupiac, Mielan and Aigan lakes have beaches with areas designated for swimming with supervision.

Golf
There are several good golf courses in the area including Pau, the oldest course in Europe. The nearby village of Tillac also offers a nine hole course.

Tennis
In Tillac village, 2.5 km away there is a tournament standard tennis court that offers free access to our guests.

Walking
There are many lovely walks around the area , including the Pyrenees. a delight to bird spotters and naturalists alike.

Music Festivals
A major country music festival is held in nearby mirande in mid- July. The largest jazz festival in France is held in Marciac in the first two weeks of August

There are many good restaurants offering local cooking within easy reach of the Chateau.
